The view from the balcony was pleasant. The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels replaced. The hotel fulfilled our request for a balcony. The breakfast was sufficient and there was a restaurant in the hotel for late dinners. The staff was English speaking and very friendly. Flat TV and refrigerator provided.

For us it was ideal.

Our room had a nice balcony. the location made it easy to walk to all the attractions in the area. Plus, there was a cool bar downstairs where you could hang out 🍹.

The view, can't explain how nice it was. This hotel was situated not far from tourist destinations like slovenska plaza

Nice room. Quite close to the beach.

Few parking places. If you want to park your car in their underground garage, the receptionist is asking to leave her your car keys (!!!) to move the car if it's needed.

I got a 4 star standard for a two star price.My room was airy, clean, had a huge balcony and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It may be different in high season but I do't think so. The other international people staying there who I met in the terrace resaurant said exactly the same. Stay here!!!

When you book a taxi to the airport, make sue they know you are going to the airport rather than the city centre in Podgorica. Took me 45 mins longer as the driver thought I was going to a city hotel. A misunderstanding I'm sure but just double-check when you get in the taxi. By the way, 40 euros for a taxi to Podgorica airport is good value. If you get the bus it is 6 euros then 15 euros so just spend 19 euros more and save yourself an hour and a half.

The value for money at Kangaroo was excellent, with a double room for only 22 euro a night. The location was convenient, not far from the beach and the Old Town. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by using clean dishes.

Not too much of a problem with window shut but room fairly near busy road and noisy area so sitting out on the terrace is not a quiet relaxing sit out!

It was some distance from the old town (though this is made clear in the hotel details). I was a bit disturbed by the electric wires sticking out of the walls in the bathroom.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, very near the beach and close to everything by foot. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety, although sometimes it was a bit tepid and stale. I had a pleasant experience at the hotel and would recommend it.

The only downside was that the draft beer at the restaurant wasn't good.

The hotel in general was decent, the staff were good and helpful, the room was clean and nice, so all in all it was a good hotel.

Car parking space was poor and when we order the room we wan't two sperate bed's we get one large bed. Not so nice when there was two straight guy's. But after all we get the right room. Poor breakfast.

We reserved the room with balcony but we didnt get it. The room was above the kitchen so we couldnt open the window because of the smell. The bed and the pillow was extremly uncomfortable. The restaurant staff was very unpleasant and rude.

WiFi does not work anywhere except the bar lounge which also was a smoking lounge. Because of this I would not return to the kangaroo
